My military background isn't just a part of my past; it's the crucible in which the principles of Sgt Washington Elite Training LLC were forged. A defining moment came while deploying overseas to Kuwait/Iraq, praying to God and facing the uncertainty of returning home to my daughter. That profound experience solidified my understanding of resilience, dedication, and the importance of instilling these values in others. It's these very lessons in teamwork, leadership, and mental fortitude that we impart to every young athlete.
